It depends on many factors such as the type, size, and complexity of your project. The minimum turnaround time for up to 500 words content is 24 hours. I will be able to give a more accurate time estimate only after understanding your project.

No. I do not write free samples for clients.

Of course. I offer upto 2 revisions to make any changes you want in the content. Any revision after that will be charged extra.

Sure. You can share anything that will help me create the best content for you. You can provide text files, reference links, images, photographs, videos, etc.

Of course! I invest enough time to conduct an in-depth research about your industry, business, target audience and even your competitors. 

Yes. If you want your project to be delivered on an urgent basis, the charges will be 2x the standard charges.

A 50% deposit should be paid upfront (in advance) while placing your order. The remaining 50% charges must be paid on project completion.

To make sure that both the parties (me and my client) are committed to the project.

However, if I fail to deliver the project in time, for whatever reasons, I will immediately refund the deposit money.

You can pay using any of the following:

  • UPI
  • Net banking
  • PayPal

Yes. You can cancel your project and get a full refund of your paid deposit under the following conditions:

1) For a project with a timeline of 2 or more days, you can cancel the project within 24 hours after placing the order. 

2) For a smaller project with a 24 hours timeline, the cancellation period is 12 hours after placing the order.

Once the cancellation period is over, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Yes. You will get a full refund of your paid amount under the following conditions:

1) If you cancel your project within the cancellation period (as stated in the previous answer) after ordering.

2) If I fail to deliver your project for any reason.

Please go through this website and  my writing samples before deciding if I am the right fit for your project.  This will minimize any possibility of disappointment later on.

Also, I offer up to 2 free revisions after the project completion, to ensure that you are satisfied with the final product.

However, in a rare case, if you are still not happy with the content, we will discuss the problem and I will re-write the content if necessary.
